This project is a contemporary 2,556 sq.ft. smart home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms located in San Jose. The property features a tall clerestory in

the living room, which not only provides sunlight but also frames the view of the palm trees outside. To minimize environmental impact, we utilized the

concrete slab from the original building as the foundation. Collaborating with Hamid Adlparvar, CEO of PCI Construction, this project is the first custom contemporary home that I have designed.
